To understand the various moving services our customers require, we have dedicated personnel to answer customer questions and provide preliminary quotes, services, and methods. Customers can also log in to our website and fill out the online quotation form. We will respond as soon as possible and provide you with the most suitable moving solution.
Free Quote
Once the customer confirms the preliminary information, we can provide an online or telephone quote. If necessary, we can arrange for a dedicated person to review the items and inspect the moving environment at home, and report the required moving costs to the customer.
Document return
To protect the rights of consumers, we will issue an invoice to customers after they confirm the required services and fees. The invoice will list the date of transportation, items, price and matters needing attention during transportation. We will collect a deposit from customers to confirm the relevant transportation to avoid unnecessary disputes between the two parties.
Provide carton
Once the customer has placed an order, we will prepare the packaging materials or provide cartons, tape, bubble wrap and other packaging materials before the date specified by the customer for the customer to pack their miscellaneous items and other items on the moving day.
Moving day
Packaged furniture
On the day of moving, we have materials such as film glue, felt, pallet trucks, corrugated paper, etc. to provide safe protection for the furniture, so as to ensure that all furniture is not damaged during the move.
Move to new location
Once the customer has checked that all furniture is intact and has been loaded onto the truck, our moving specialists will move the furniture to the destination specified by the customer.
Installation
After arriving at the new home, the moving specialist will provide professional advice or place and install the furniture according to the location specified by the customer, so that the customer's furniture is complete and properly arranged.
Payment
After checking that all furniture and items are not missing and are properly placed at the new location, the entire service process is completed, and the customer is given a rest assured and satisfactory payment.
